Indonesia is hosting the 18th ASEAN Summit
at the Jakarta Convention Center on May 7-8, 2011.

Police patrol part of the Jakarta Convention Center on May 5, 2011 ahead of the May 7-8 Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit. Thousands of police will be deployed for the meeting of ASEAN leaders in the capital of Indonesia, the world's biggest Muslim-majority country, which currently chairs the 10-member bloc.
